Stardate 43349.2: Trapped without the aid of his VISOR on a perpetually stormy planet, Geordi is aided and abetted in his attempts to send a distress signal to the Enterprise by a shipwrecked Romulan, as Picard tries to wring the truth out of a secretive Romulan commander en route to Federation space.
