Spotting whilst flipping through channels: the most irritating technical difficulties screen EVER. It hurts my eyes! (It’s the city of Fort Smith’s public access cable channel, by the way.)

    Question: Do the bands of light in the “Technical Difficulties” sign move around or are they static? Cause if they moved around that would be a epileptic fit fun frenzy!

    Not in your wildest dreams, perhaps, but here’s something I dreamed up a couple of years ago from a Web version of Lite-Brite:
    Hmm, all I have to do is add some text and I’ll have my own “Technical difficulties” graphic. I wonder if my local community channel might be interested. 🙂
