Lexx Season 2

White Trash

LexxWhen the crew of space truckers goes missing, Stan goes exploring the Lexx and discovers a backwater family of rednecks inhabiting the bowels of the ship. Apparently, they’ve been aboard ever since Lexx left the Cluster – and apparently, this uncomfortably close-knit family of four doesn’t realize that they’re no longer in the Cluster at all. Pa Guleen quickly commandeers the Lexx by strong-arming Stanley, forcing him to turn the ship back toward the family’s home planet. When they arrive, however, Stan, Xev and Kai may learn, rather violently, why their guests were sent to the Cluster in the first place.

The Fix

HeroesWhen his brother Peter goes missing after waking up in the hospital, Nathan Petrelli seeks out Mohinder Suresh, the only person who seems to have a grasp of what’s happening. Suresh theorizes that Peter’s ability is to assimilate the abilities of those with whom he comes into contact; Nathan is only interested in whether or not Peter can be “cured”. Hiro and Ando, continuing their quest for the samurai sword that Hiro seeks, run afoul of black-suited men in black vehicles. When they’re captured, Ando decides that the world can save itself: he just wants to go home. Hiro insists on meeting “the big boss”, only to find out that it’s not the villain he expected. As D.L. wrestles with Nikki’s murder arrest that may lead to a death sentence, he finds that he’s falling short of Micah’s expectations…and that the boy has unique abilities of his own. Caprica

Rebirth

CapricaDaniel Graystone has a problem: despite the successful demonstration of his new robotic soldier, the Cylon, it’s only an army of one – all attempts at replicating it have failed. Graystone lets his technicians labor in the dark while he knows the true secret: the Cylon demonstration model contains a data disc with his late daughter Zoe’s avatar. Even then, though, Graystone doesn’t begin to suspect that his daughter has outmaneuvered him: the Cylon contains Zoe’s consciousness. Zoe is careful not to reveal that to her father or any of his technicians, however, though she does eventually reach out to her best friend, Lacy – and even then, she has a lot of explaining to do before Lacy can accept her. Amanda Graystone, hounded by investigators, discovers that Zoe may have had a larger role in the bombing than she realized, and goes public with this information far too soon for her husband’s tastes. And as Joseph Adama is still deep in mourning, he scarcely notices when his son William begins to fall under the influence of an uncle with a dangerous lifestyle.
