To Colonel Tigh’s disbelief, Commander Adama has decided to regroup the entire fleet with those ships who defected to Kobol with Roslin. Reunited with his son, Adama joins Roslin in the search for the Tomb of Athena, but when he’s introduced to the Sharon who returned with Helo and Starbuck from Caprica, he tries to kill her on sight. Worried that a renewed alliance between Adama and Roslin will spell the end of his ambitions to seize power, Meier speeds up his plan to remove anyone in his way, but is dismayed when he seems to be losing Zarek’s backing. Meier turns instead to Sharon, playing on her fear that Adama’s crew will kill her and her baby. As promised, the Tomb is found, and the arrow points the way to Earth, but the journey it outlines is far longer than anyone expected.
