A year ago today, my new kitty literally came and found me at work.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/hizzouse\/q4-09\/blackcat3.jpg\" alt=\"Puck\" \/> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/hizzouse\/q4-09\/evankitty1.jpg\" alt=\"Puck &#038; Evan\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/hizzouse\/q4-09\/puck1.jpg\" alt=\"Puck &#038; Oberon\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/hizzouse\/q1-10\/sickboys.jpg\" alt=\"Puck &#038; Evan\" \/><\/p>\n<p>While I get a little frustrated with Puck still thinking he&#8217;s an alley cat (he gets into <em>anything<\/em> edible that&#8217;s left out in the house), he&#8217;s such a good-natured, laid-back kitty &#8211; even with a three-old spazzing out nearby &#8211; that it&#8217;s a fair trade.  He&#8217;s just the best little black cat in the world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s Puck Day!
