{"id":1589,"date":"2009-08-30T09:30:37","date_gmt":"2009-08-30T15:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/?p=1589"},"modified":"2009-08-30T09:30:37","modified_gmt":"2009-08-30T15:30:37","slug":"hailing-taxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/2009\/08\/30\/hailing-taxi\/","title":{"rendered":"Hailing Taxi&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Taxi the super-pregnant Special Guest Cat&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/hizzouse\/q3-09\/taxi7.jpg\" alt=\"Taxi\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;is still super-pregnant.  <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/hizzouse\/q3-09\/taxi8.jpg\" alt=\"Taxi\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This morning I introduced her to the wonder that is Evan&#8217;s window &#8211; the only screen window on the house.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/hizzouse\/q3-09\/taxi9.jpg\" alt=\"Taxi\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I think she likes it, the only problem being that she can&#8217;t comfortably sit in that little window ledge.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thelogbook.com\/earl\/hizzouse\/q3-09\/taxi10.jpg\" alt=\"Taxi\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Oh, and then there&#8217;s this luminous being in the foreground.  That&#8217;s Olivia, actively questioning whether Taxi has any right to be in <em>her<\/em> little boy&#8217;s room.  (Hers?  Okay, Olivia&#8230;you better start buying some toddler clothes if that&#8217;s the case.)  Taxi, on the other hand, just wants to crash on a nice soft bed and, apparently, read some Clifford stories to her kittens.  As soon as they pop out.<\/p>\n<p>Big thanks to Oberon for showing Taxi how to escape the house this morning; both were recovered very quickly and brought back inside.  Sheesh.
