I will definitely be there, though I'm still trying to figure out what to bring with me. If I have time between now and then I'll see if I can coax the original Magnavox Odyssey into working; even if these youngsters are video game afficionados, I'd lay odds on them not having seen one of those (a) in the flesh, and (b) working. I have a feeling that we may wind up being the oldsters at this thing, ubik. They're going to try to drag us to Carousel! I've been itching to take a trip for the past four months and this looks like a good opportunity. As soon as those organizers pass on the details to you, let me know. My itinerary depends on it. Right now I'm thinking I'll leave right after work on Friday and maybe spend the night in Amarillo or someplace around there.
