It is Friday, and it is time for a Kitty Cattle Battle.

Here we have this week’s birthday boy, doing one of his favorite things – sitting on my desk and waiting for an opportunity to interfere with whatever the heck it is I’m doing.

And here we also have a kitten, who likes to do the same thing.

Olivia’s an expert in, as they say, getting all up in Othello’s stuff.

She finds a nice clean DVD case to lay on…

…and proceeds to park her little fuzzy butt right there.

One gets the impression this doesn’t sit too well with the birthday boy and current king of the desk.

Othello decides that Olivia needs a bath.

Olivia decides that Olivia doesn’t need a bath…

…and jumps off the desk. For about 3 seconds.

And we’re back.

Olivia decides Othello needs a hug.

Othello gets ready to put the smackdown on the kitten.
