I’m going to do some shameless soliciting of “reader response” for a piece in the next issue of the ‘zine. Let’s say you’re in a position to “uncancel” one genre show, and one show only. It has to be a show that ended its run years ago or yesterday, either via cancellation or wrapping up its story (and you think there’s more story there to be told). Explain why this show has something to say today.
Enterprise. They were just getting into a good groove with new producers who actually cared about the history of Star Trek. The fourth season had finally gotten past the awkwardness inherent in Star Trek spin-off series and had really come into its own. The fifth season would see Captain Shran stationed onboard Enterprise as a representative of the Imperial Guard. That would have been all kinds of fun to watch. 😀
