AtariAge will be rolling out Mappy for the 2600 at PRGE. The buzz around this port is pretty significant…it looks great, actually.
I’m less-than-crazy about the Samurai-Jack-esque reimagining of the character artwork on the box, but the game itself looks excellent. Here’s the most recent public [ROM] if you want to try it yourself.
I like the quality of the graphics, but I never liked Mappy to begin with, so I don’t have any interest. I appreciate the effort, though.
