Pay cable channel HBO’s heavily-promoted docudrama miniseries From The Earth To The Moon, continues, executive produced by actor Tom Hanks (Apollo 13) through Ron Howard’s Imagine Films. The series chronicles NASA’s quest to reach the moon, and two episodes debut each Sunday of the show’s run. The third night premieres the episodes Spider (chronicling the evolution of the lunar module and the flights of Apollo 9 and 10) and Mare Tranquilitatis (Apollo 11 and the first lunar landing). Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) stars as Buzz Aldrin, with Tony Goldwyn (Ghost, Scandal) as Neil Armstrong and Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride) as Mike Collins.
